Francesca is an experienced tactical and strategic senior Human Resources professional, having worked in HR for over 15 years in both the public and private sectors, delivering pragmatic, solution focussed HR solutions to support organisational change. Francesca is experienced in creating and implementing HR strategy, designed to support the vision and strategic aims of the organisation whilst supporting HR teams to partner with the business to deliver agreed outcomes. Francesca has provided support to organisations through all aspects of the employee lifecycle including restructuring and reorganising ensuring that the solutions put in place deliver sustainable outcomes. Francesca is experienced in supporting senior leaders to deliver improving business results through their people, and in providing senior leaders with coaching and feedback to improve their leadership capability and in turn enhance the outcomes they deliver.
