James is an experienced change management specialist with a long track record of delivering innovative organisational and transformational change in the public sector. As a programme, project and change manager he has extensive experience in developing, delivering and driving complex programmes and projects quickly through to the realisation of their benefits. James has been instrumental in the development of our Construct™ and Adapt™ products and specialises in overseeing their practical deployment. James brings a wealth of experience and has worked with a range of clients on commercialisation and new delivery models, organisation design, service transformation, corporate and strategic planning and ‘top team’ development.James has particular experience of modernising service delivery through better use of technology. He has supported the implementation of digital systems, innovative service integration and interoperability programmes across the health and social care economy.
