Jamie is an experienced consultant qualified in change and project management who has provided consultancy support to a number of organisational designs and major transformation commissions across local authorities in England, Scotland and Wales. Jamie has supported the delivery of a series of high value primary care projects to the NHS and the transformation of local authority frontline services. When deploying Construct™, our organisational design product, Jamie specialises in strategic context and people design products. Jamie lives in Wigton where he is kept very busy with his young son and daughter. Jamie is an avid follower of Arsenal Football Club.
